We believe in providing high quality, outstanding, value-based education in a learning environment that supports and nurtures the student, yet challenges conventional thinking and promotes creativity and independent thought. Cambridge Primary (Aged 5 to 11 years)

Cambridge Primary starts learners on an exciting educational journey, setting out what they should be able to do at each stage of their primary education.The programme is typically for learners aged 5 to 11 years and develops skills in ten subjects including English, Mathematics and Science.Edubba encourages active learning, which involves learners being involved in active learning rather than passively listening and copying information. They are involved in a variety of activities that encourage them to think about the knowledge or skill they are learning rather than on the task itself.Their educational journey at Edubba sets goals for students at each stage of their primary education.  This enables them to develop the necessary skills that are required for the smooth transition into the Cambridge Lower secondary program.

Cambridge Lower Secondary (Aged 11 to 14 years)

Cambridge Lower Secondary is typically for learners aged 11 to 14 years. It builds on the foundations of Cambridge Primary, although it is not essential to have completed that stage before beginning Cambridge Lower Secondary.

At Edubba, the curriculum is mapped with the attributes that enhance the academic and life skills of our students. Assessments and reporting are an ongoing process at Edubba as the students are assessed through Multiple Modes. This prepares them for a smooth transition to the Upper secondary curriculum.

Cambridge Lower Secondary forms part of the Cambridge Pathway and our subjects are designed to support a smooth transition onwards to relevant IGCSE and O Level syllabuses in Cambridge Upper Secondary.

Cambridge Secondary 1 develops skills and understanding in English, Mathematics and Science for the first three years of secondary education. It combines a world class curriculum, high-quality support from teachers and integrated assessment. Cambridge Secondary 1 provides excellent preparation for Cambridge Secondary 2 and other educational programmes. Cambridge Secondary 1 Checkpoint tests can be used to monitor learners’ readiness for the next stage of education. The tests are marked in Cambridge and each learner receives a statement of achievement and a diagnostic report*

ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAM

 

For learners who are still working towards the expectations of the subject, we have an Academic Support Program, where the subject teacher will give individual support and attention to the learner outside of curriculum time. This allows them even greater personalized attention.

CAMBRIDGE UPPER SECONDARY

The Cambridge IGCSE curriculum offers a variety of routes for learners with a wide range of abilities, including those whose first language is not English.

At Edubba, we focus on the STEAM subjects and Global perspectives, which enables them to develop as a responsible global citizen holistically.  We encourage Interdisciplinary projects that add value to their cross-curricular perspectives. Encouraging learners to engage with a variety of subjects, and make connections between them, is fundamental to our approach.

For learners, Cambridge IGCSE helps improve performance by developing skills in creative thinking, inquiry and problem solving. It is the perfect springboard to advanced study.

To take into account differing abilities, there is a choice between Core and Extended curriculum papers in some subjects.

Cambridge International AS[Advanced subsidiary] and A [Advanced]Levels

AS and A Levels are outstanding school leaving qualifications recognized by

universities in India and all over the world. Studies at A and AS Level are flexible

and in-depth, and provide lifelong skills to equip students for further and higher

studies. Good grades at A and AS Level can result in one full year of advanced

standing or credit at universities in the USA and Canada.

Studies for AS and A Level take place as the 11th and 12th Grades. Class sizes will

be small and learning is focused to develop a deep level of knowledge and

understanding. Students can choose from a flexible range of up to five subjects for

AS and A Levels including English Language or General English. Additional subjects

may be opted at AS Level.

Cambridge International AS & A Level develops learners’ knowledge, understanding and skills in:
